Rice

Surrounded by the Genkainada Sea and Ariake Sea, Saga's soil is created by the nutrient-rich sea breeze. We are grateful for the soil and preserve the natural flavor of the soil without using pesticides or fertilizers. Together with our children, we will pass on delicious Omusubi to the future.

Sea Weeds

The Ariake Sea has one of the world's largest tidal range with more than 100 rivers flowing into it. Omusubi made with dried laver grown in the Ariake Sea have rich ingredients from both the forest and the sea. Please enjoy the blessings melt in your mouth.

Salt

Natural salt made by boiling mineral-rich seawater drawn from the depths of the Genkainada Sea. The soft-taste of this natural salt enhances the sweetness of the rice and the flavor of the dried laver.
